COVID-19 UPDATE: SERVICE LEVEL ADJUSTMENTS
Dear valued customers,
At Groupe Touchette (DT Tire / TireLink / Atlas Tire), our priority is the health and safety of our customers, colleagues and our communities. We are committed to doing all we can to keep everyone safe.
Because of this unique period and the global repercussions caused by COVID-19, we would like to advise you that some changes have been made to the services offered in different regions of Canada.

Furthermore, wherever we maintain to offer our services, rest assured that we will continue to observe the strictest prevention measures:
- Social distancing: distance of at least two (2) meters between interlocutors, no handshake, no physical contact.
- Withdrawal / quarantine policy for any employee of the Touchette Group who 1) has COVID-19 symptoms or 2) has been significantly exposed to contagious people or suspected of being so.
- Sanitization: repeated and multiple disinfection, hand washing, wearing gloves, etc.
- Signature on delivery: The verbal agreement will be accepted without any signature.
For additional information, rest assured that our customer service representatives continue to be available daily for customer inquiries Monday to Friday from 7:30AM to 5:30 PM local time.
